ALL policies are enforced on every client that books an appointment. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns

Cancel/Reschedule Policy

A credit card is required to book an appointment and will be held until day of appointment. I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $50.00.

Late Policy

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment you will be charged an additional $50 to your service.

Please send a courtesy text or call to let me know you are going to be late

Refund Policy

I do not offer refunds. Please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment and I will gladly make any adjustments that are possible. These services are free of charge, but do not include a blow-dry/style service.

Any adjustment requests made after 72 hrs. will be charged accordingly
